The Springboard programme

Designed by and for women !

The Springboard© programme was designed by and for women to enable them to take more control over their own development. It was created in England over twenty years ago by Liz Willis and Jenny Daisley and has been adapted in over 35 countries. It is recognised worldwide for its teaching approach and its results.
